Swiss Cheese and Bacon Appies

  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. diced onion
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 2 8” x 8” pans (a 9” x 13” pan doesn’t work!). Separate rolls into rectangles and press over bottom and sides of each pan. Place 2 cheese slices on top of dough. Combine eggs, milk and onion. Pour ½ mixture in each pan and sprinkle with bacon and parsley.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 425 degrees.

Cut into squares. Serve immediately.
