Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup old cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 bottle(341ml) beer at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp margarine melted
Preparation
Step 1
Heat over to 375
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Stir in cheese. Add beer, stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix
Pour into a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray, drizzle with margarine
bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

Remove from pan to wire rack, cool completely
