Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 1/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Topping:
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Powder Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Combine all crust ingredients with a fork until crumbly.
Press into a 8 inch square pan.
Bake 20 minutes (crust will still be white. do not brown)
Combine all topping ingredients with a mixer or blender.
Pour over crust and bake another 20 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle with powder sugar
Let cool before cutting.
