Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs Well beaten
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 Cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Nutmeg
  • Rum or peach brandy optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and salt until thoroughly blended. Gradually beat in milk. Fold in whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Lace with rum or brandy if desired.
