Frosty S'Mores

Ingredients

• 1 cupcake pan
• 12 foil liners
• 24 vanilla wafer cookies
• 1 cup peanuts, pecans or butterscotch chips
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 Degrees. Place foil liners in cupcake pan and spray each with PAM. Place 1 vanilla wafer upside down in each liner.

Spoon 1 Tablespoon peanuts, pecans or butterscotch chips, 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips and 8 mini marshmallows over each vanilla wafer. Top with vanilla wafer right side up. Bake on center rack 10 minutes, cool and serve.
