pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened
cup Powdered Sugar
cup Creamy Peanut Butter
tblsp. packed Brown Sugar
cup Milk Chocolate Chips
cup Peanut Butter Chips
Graham cracker sticks, Teddy grahams, or apple slices
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap, bring up all 4 corners and twist tightly forming a ball. Freeze for 1 hour 30 min. or until firm enough to keep its shape. Place peanut butter and chocolate chips in a flat dish. Remove plastic wrap, roll in the chips to cover, pressing morsels into ball. Place onto serving dish; cover & freeze for 2 hours, let stand at room temp before serving.
