Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 tblsp. packed Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • Graham cracker sticks, Teddy grahams, or apple slices

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended.

Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap, bring up all 4 corners and twist tightly forming a ball.

Freeze for 1 hour 30 min. or until firm enough to keep its shape. Place peanut butter and chocolate chips in a flat dish. Remove plastic wrap, roll in the chips to cover, pressing morsels into ball.

Place onto serving dish; cover & freeze for 2 hours, let stand at room temp before serving.
