COFFEE TOFFEE COOKIES

  • 2-1/2 c Flour
  • 1/2 Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 c Butter
  • 1 c Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c Splenda
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Coffee, instant
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkg Toffee Bits
  • 1 c Chocolate Chips, semi-sweet
  • 1/4 c Almonds, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter, brown sugar and Splenda.
2. Dissolve coffee in milk.
3. Beat eggs and vanilla in a bowl.
4. Add cocoa powder, flour and baking soda to cream mixture.
5. Mix rest ingredients and then blend everything together well.
6. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
