Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg
- 1 cup corn flakes, crumbled
- 3 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp mace
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 12 oz. package chocolate chip
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 4 oz coconut
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream butter and sugars till smooth. Add milk and vanilla. Beat and add the eggs. Stir in the corn flakes and oatmeal. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the butter mixture gradually, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Spoon onto greased cookie sheets and bake 10 mins at 350F.
