Cucumber Dip

Ingredients

• 5 Small cucumbers unpeeled and grated
• 1/2 c rice vinegar
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t garlic salt
• 2 8oz soft cream cheese
• 1/2 c mayo
• 1/2 t garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cucumbers,vinegar,salt and garlic salt. Chill 8 hours. Drain and press between paper towels.
Beat cream cheese,mayo, and garlic salt. Fold in cucumbers. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
