Ingredients
- 70 g Cooked Basmati Rice
- 180 g Beef Fillet, raw weight
- 100 g baby marrow
- 100 g cabbage and peppers
- 100 g mushrooms
- 5 ml olive oil
- 10 ml honey
- 1 tsp english mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil, addd beef and grill for 5 mins. Add the vegetables and the rice and cook until softened and heated through. Add the honey and the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix in the sauce and serve immediately.
