Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Dip

Ingredients
- 1 package reduced fat cream cheese, softened – very
- soft, actually
- 1/2 cup low-fat ranch salad dressing
- 2 firm, plum tomatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon, crisply cooked
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Lettuce leaves
- Assorted vegetables for dipping

Preparation
Step 1
1. Wedge tomatoes using Veggie Wedger.
2. Slice onion using Ultimate Mandoline. You’ll only need 3 or 4 onion slices for the recipe.
3. Using Food Chopper, chop bacon on one of our Cutting Boards.
4. Cut a piece of celery into fourths and add to Manual Food Processor along with the tomato wedges and 3-4 onion slices. Pump the handles until the vegetables are sliced and diced.
5. Add softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sugar to processor. Then add the turkey bacon to processor using 2 Handy Scrapers. Pump the handle until everything is incorporated.
6. To serve, line 2 quart Collapsible Serving Bowl with lettuce leaves washed and dried in Salad Spinner. Fill with dip using the new Mini Mix ‘n Scraper.
7. Serve with a veggie tray.
