Pork Sausage and Apple Bake

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 (7 oz) apple-cinnamon muffin mix
• 5 ready to serve port sausage links, cut u into 1/4 inch bites
• 1/2 cup chopped granny smith apples
• 1/4 chopped onions

Step 1

preheat to 400.

beat egg and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. stir in muffin mix just until moistened. gently stir in remaining ingredients.

spread evenly into 9 inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

bake 25 minutes or until golden brown, toothpick comes out clean. let stand 5 minutes.

serve with cheddar cheese or syrup
