Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margerine
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, flour, salt and milk; beat until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes. For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot, lightly greased 8-inch skillet. Cook until under is light browned.
Melt margerine, add flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cup cheese; stir until melted. Stir in chicken.
Fill each crepe with about 1/4 cup cheese mixture; roll up.
Place crepes in 11 3/4 X 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degree for about 20 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese; continue baking until cheese is melted.
