Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, beat butter with sugar until creamy; beat in orange rind and juice and lemon juice until fluffy. Roll into log shape or pipe into rosettes. Refrigerate until firm. Cut log into 1-inch thick slices.
