Salisbury Steak with Gravy 1 Picture


  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 14 saltine crackers crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar or can beef gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 container fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • dash pepper


Servings 4


Step 1

In large bowl combine; milk, saltines, onion and parsley. Blend. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. In large skillet with lid; spray with cooking spray and use medium-high heat. Brown patties on both sides. Add; gravy, ketchup, worcestershire, pepper, and mushrooms. Lower heat to simmer and cover with lid. Simmer for 45 mins. or until beef is cooked through and a rich gravy is formed.
