Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients

• 2 c self rising flour
• 16 oz sour cream
• 3 large eggs lightly beaten
• 1/3 c veg oil
• 1/2 c diced onion
• 1 (8.5 oz) cream corn
• 4 oz can chopped jalapeno peppers
• 2 c shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all together. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan bake 1 hour.
