Ingredients
- 2 c self rising flour
- 16 oz sour cream
- 3 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/3 c veg oil
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 1 (8.5 oz) cream corn
- 4 oz can chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 c shredded cheese

Stir all together. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan bake 1 hour.
