Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean beef
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 large can of mushooms
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp sherry

Preparation
Step 1
cube beef and sprinkle with lemon juice.
saute onions and mushrooms in hot butter. remove onions and mushrooms, add lightly floured beef and brown with sherry. add onions and mushrooms, beef stock, seasonings.
cook 5 minutes.
stir in sour cream and heat through.
