Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Lemon Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs, divided
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 c Buttermilk
  • 1/2 c Margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c Splenda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Reserve 1 c cake mix.
2. Mix remaining mix, 1 egg and oil.
3. Press into 13 x 9 inch greased pan.
4. In a bowl beat 3 eggs, buttermilk, margarine, splenda, vanilla and reserve cake mix. Beat 3 minutes.
5. Pour over crust and bake for 40 minutes at 350°
