  • 1 c Butter
  • 6 ozs Chocolate, unsweetened, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2-1/2 c Splenda
  • 1/4 c Instant Coffee
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Melt chocolate and butter.
3. Mix eggs, splenda, coffee and vanilla in a bowl.
4. Beat in chocolate, add flour and baking soda.
5. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
