Let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours. If necessary, divide dough into required number of portions and shape each piece into a loaf pan. Place in greased loaf pan(s); cover with oiled plastic wrap & let rise until he center(s) is 1 1/2 inches above rim of the pan(s), aboutg 1 1/2 hours.

Preheat oven to 375 degress for about 30 minutes.

Bake in the center of the preheated oven until they are well-browned & sound hollow when tapped.

*Milk makes a richer loaf with a well-browned crust.
