Sugar Cookies (Drop)

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• 1 C Margarine
• 1 C Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 C Oil
• 1 C Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 4 1/2 C Flour

Preparation

Step 1

-Cream together the first five ingredients

-Add the next five ingredients

-Drop by tsps onto ungreased cookie sheets

-Flatten with glass dipped in colored sugar

-Bake 10-12 min at 375 degrees
