Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 28 oz can tomatoes, blended
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups carrots, cut up in small pieces
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 6 cups water
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch pepper
- pinch thyme
- 3 cups cooked hamburger, well seasoned
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Heat first amount of water and bouillon cubes till dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients, except beef and macaroni.
Bring to boil.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Add beef and macaroni, simmer 1/2 more.
