Tea Time Thimbles

Ingredients

• pastry:
• 1/2 c. butter
• 3 oz cresm cheese
• 1 c. flour
• filling:
• 1 egg
• 2/3 c. ground nuts
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 T. butter
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pastry dough. Press in bottom and sides of minature muffin tins sprayed with pam. Mix filling ingredients. Pour into dough lined tins. Bake 325* 25 minutes.
