Ingredients
- 1/2 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 cup seafood sauce
- chopped green pepper
- sliced place olives
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/4 cup or so of cheddar cheese cubes (cut small)
- chopped green onion
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon and horseradish in bowl. Beat with electric mixer until blended and fluffy. Spread in bottom of 9" pie plate. Spread with seafood sauce. Then layer remaining toppings finishing with green onions.
Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavours.
Serve with crackers but also great with ripple potato chips for dipping.
