This is another long-lost classic cocktail that is making a reappearance. It was first seen in the famous cocktail book written in 1927 by Harry McElhone of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris called Barflies and Cocktails.

Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon (or rye)
- 1 oz campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- ice cubes
- lemon or orange twist for garnish

Step 1
Stir bourbon (or rye), campari&sweet vermouth long and well with ice in a mixing glass. Then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist.
