Canadian Meat Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 4 medium potatoes diced
  • bread crumbs
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • cinnamon
  • Bell's Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine meat in pan and add water to cover. Bring to boil and add potatoes. Boil until potatoes are soft. Add celery and seasonings to taste. Colle to just above room temperature and add bread crumbs until mixture is thick.
