Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Butter
- 1/2 Cup Confectioners' Sugar
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Nuts (chopped)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Chocolate bits (melted)
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, vanilla and nuts. Place in refrigerator 2 or 3 hours or overnight. Roll in balls, fingers or crescents and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes. Add melted chocolate bits to half of cookie while still warm.
NOTE: Half of your cookie will be plain and half chocolate covered.
