Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 8 cups soft bread crumbs
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place single layer of tomatoes in a greased 9x13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients an spoon over tomatoes. Top with remaining tomatoes and one cup of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
