frittata with herbs de provence
- 1 Tbs butter
- eggstarts - 1 large or 2 small cartons
- 2 Tbs herbs de provence
- large bag of cheeses, mixed cheddar & white
- 1 tub onions
- Spinach? Sausage?
Preheat oven to 350'
melt butter in pie dish or ovenproof fry pan
& cover bottom & sides
Fill dish/pan with eggs, herbs, onions & cheese
Check the dish after 20 min., usually takes 30 mins, not jiggling, not liquid in middle Check with knife
Garnish with tomatoes, avocado (or avocado salsa)
