Honey Salad-- Superfood

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 3 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 Tbs. olive or grape seed oil
  • 1 Tbs. white rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • pinch sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Chop kale, cabbage, onions together in a bowl. Top with cucumber and strawberries. We like to make chop salad by dicing chunks of ingredients with kitchen scissors in the bowl!
To make dressing blend all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
