Apricot Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour (sifted)
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Butter or Oleo
  • 1 Cup Apricot Jam

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and rolled oats. Cut in butter or oleo till crumbly. Pat 2/3 of this mixture into 13“ x 9 1/2” pan. Spread with jam. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° about 35 minutes. Coll and cut into bars.
