Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 (10.5oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • crushed cornfalkes for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Combine all the ingredients into a large casserole dish and top with crushed cornfalkes bake covered w/foil for 30 min and without for 30 min.
