Ingredients
- 2 pks fish fillets
- 1 can (no water) mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pepper(to taste)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup buttered crumbs, lightly seasoned with poultry seasoning (or 1 cup prepared stuffing mix)

Preparation
Step 1
Place fish fillets in shallow buttered dish, or baking pan
Combine remaining ingreds and simmer for 10 mins
Pour over fish
Top with buttered bread crumbs and poultry seasoning
or 1 cup prepared stuffing mix
Bake at 375 F for 45 mins
