Berry Rose' Jelly

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Raspberry-Cranberry Drink
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 cup rose' wine
  • 1 3oz package liquid fruit pectin

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, rasp-cran drink, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in wine and pectin. Skim foam; Ladle into clean hot 8 oz jelly jars leaving 1/2 inch head space. Cool slightly and cover with lids.
