Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp flavoring
- powdered sugar

Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Add salt, cream of tartar and flavoring.
Add enough powdered sugar to hold its shape (about 1 lb). Beat until not floppy when peaked on a spoon.
Keep covered.
Mix and refrigerate covered if not using immediately.
