Ingredients
- ■1 cup mayonnaise
- ■16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ■Dash of garlic powder
- ■12 ounces lobster or crabmeat, cut into small chunks
- ■Slivered almonds, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Whip mayonnaise together with cream cheese. Add garlic powder and mix well. Rinse lobster meat and pat dry. Fold lobster into mayonnaise mixture and spread thinly in a buttered 7x10-inch Pyrex, or similar, pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve with crackers or small toast squares.
