Pear Cranapple Crumble
- 2-3 apples, sliced (leave peel on)
- 2-3 pears, sliced (leave peel on)
- 1 cup cranberries (frozen is fine)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup liquid honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp butter
- fresh nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 6 cup deep baking dish. Place apples, pears, and cranberries in the baking dish and drizzle with honey. Squeeze lemon juice over fruit.
Combine all topping ingredients and crumble over the top of the fruit mixture. Grate nutmeg and sprinkle on top of crumble. Bake 45 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm.
