Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes (aboaut 2 1/2 lbs. peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 8 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 slices white bread crumbs

Step 1
Preheat over to 350
Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg and half of the the blue cheese in a large saucepan. Simmer 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Spoon into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and crumbs. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and top is brown.
