Ingredients
- 3 tbsps flour
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 lb bacon and grease
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3 potatoes cubed
- 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- 2 cans minced clams and juice
- 1/2 tsp worshire sauce
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix onion and celery with butter and bacon till soft. Mix in flour till bubbles, add clam juice, milk, 1/2 and 1/2, tabasco sauce and potatoes. Boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Add clams and worshire sauce
