Ingredients

    tbsps flour

    tbsps butter

  • 1

    lb bacon and grease

  • 1/4

    cup celery

  • 1/2

    cup onion

  • 3

    potatoes cubed

  • 1

    cup 1/2 and 1/2

  • 1 3/4

    cups milk

  • 3

    drops tabasco sauce

  • 2

    cans minced clams and juice

  • 1/2

    tsp worshire sauce

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Mix onion and celery with butter and bacon till soft. Mix in flour till bubbles, add clam juice, milk, 1/2 and 1/2, tabasco sauce and potatoes. Boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Add clams and worshire sauce
