Ingredients
- ■2 Tbs. parsley flakes
- ■1 Tbs. ground marjoram
- ■2 tsp. ground rosemary
- ■1 tsp. onion salt
- ■1 Tbs. ground ginger
- ■1 tsp. ground sage
- ■1 Tbs. ground oregano
- ■1 Tbs. ground thyme
- ■1 tsp. garlic salt
- ■1 Tbs. celery salt
- ■1 tsp. pepper
- ■1 Tbs. paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
2. Spoon mixture into a small airtight container and label as Chicken Coating Mix.
3. Store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months
