Seasoning: Chicken Coating Mixture

Ingredients

• ■2 Tbs. parsley flakes
• ■1 Tbs. ground marjoram
• ■2 tsp. ground rosemary
• ■1 tsp. onion salt
• ■1 Tbs. ground ginger
• ■1 tsp. ground sage
• ■1 Tbs. ground oregano
• ■1 Tbs. ground thyme
• ■1 tsp. garlic salt
• ■1 Tbs. celery salt
• ■1 tsp. pepper
• ■1 Tbs. paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.

2. Spoon mixture into a small airtight container and label as Chicken Coating Mix.

3. Store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months
