Grandma's Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef, browned
  • 1 15oz. can lima beans, drained
  • 1 15oz. can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 15oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 15oz. can white hominy, drained
  • 3 14.5oz. cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small can green chiles, chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package ranch dressing
  • 1.5 C water
  • add salt and pepper to taste
  • shredded cheese
  • chips
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain well. Drain all cans of beans and hominy. In large kettle, combine all ingredients together. Bring kettle to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese, chips, and sour cream.
