instant cocoa with marshmallows and chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 3 cups or 3 envelopes(3.2 ounces each)
  • instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder-sifter
  • 1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

stir together the dry milk powder, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder and nondairy creamer in a large bowl. Divide among 18 bags(1/3 cup each), and top with marshmallows and mini chips.

Blend cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water together until chocolate chips begin to melt.
