Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 EGG
  • 1/4 t. CREAM OF TARTER
  • 1/4 t. BAKING SODA
  • 1/2 t. VANILLA
  • 1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 2 T SUGAR
  • 1 t. CINNAMON

CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER & SUGAR
ADD EGG & VANILLA
ADD DRY INGREDIENTS & MIX WELL
COMBINE SUGAR & CINNAMON IN A SMALL BOWL
ROLL DOUGH INTO BALLS AND ROLL IN CINNAMON/SUGAR MIXTURE
PLACE ON BAKING SHEET
BAKE 375 DEGREES 10-11 MIN.
