Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix per directions on the box, pour into oblong cake pan and bake per box instructions.
Let cake cool.
Beat the instant pudding, 1 1/2 cups milk and cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup of milk here if it is too thick. Frost the top of the cake with this mixture.
Top with the crushed pineapple and chill.
Serve with Cool Whip topping.
