Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 small red onion, halved
- 2 tbsp drained capers
- 2 tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process sour cream, cream cheese, red onion, capers, lemon juice and salt until smooth, about 30 seconds, stopping and scraping down sides of the bowl as necessary.
Add smoked salmon, dill and pepper. Pulse until chopped and blended, about 10 times.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to three days.
