Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chives, snipped
- 12 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pastis or Pernod
- 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper
- 250 g Dungeness-crab meat, about 3/4 cup
- 15 crackers or flatbread, cut into squares
- 6 radishes, cut into matchsticks
Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir mayo with chives, basil, lemon juice, pastis, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until combined. Gently stir in crabmeat until well coated. Mixture will keep well, refrigerated, up to 2 hours.
2. Stir crab mixture well just before serving. Top each cracker with about 1 tbsp crab mixture. Scatter a few radish sticks overtop.
