Deviled Eggs

Prepare filling in gallon size bag used to pipe filling directly into eggs.
Also try adding 1oz dry ranch dressing mix to filling!

Ingredients

• 6 hard-cooked eggs
• 1/3 cup fat sour cream
• 1/3 cup shredded cheese with taco seasoning or Cheddar cheese
• 3 tbsp minced green onions with tops
• mom adds mayo?

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.* Set whites aside. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in sour cream, cheese and 3 tbsp onions. Refill whites, using 1 heaping tbsp yolk mixture for each egg half. Garnish with additional onions and pimiento, if desired. Chill to blend flavors.
