Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • Can use boneless or bone in
  • 1 package regular Uncle Bens Wild Rice Mix
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Campbells Cream of Celery soup
  • Can substitute cream of celery for cream of mushroom if you'd like

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Open soups, pour into dish, open rice and spice mix, pour into dish,mix well, place chicken on top of mixture. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour or 45 minutes if using boneless chicken.
Serve.
