1 bag cleaned baby carrots
1 cup tomato juice or V8
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 3/4 cups beef broth
1 stick cinnamon
4 cloves
1 1/2 lbs. cubed beef stew meat
1 cup diced celery
1 small onion slivered
2 Tbsp. flour
dash salt
dash pepper
fresh mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 bag cleaned baby carrots
- 1 cup tomato juice or V8
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 1 1/2 lbs. cubed beef stew meat
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small onion slivered
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash salt
- dash pepper

Step 1
In large zip lock bag place flour, salt, and pepper. Shake to combine; then add beef stew meat and shake to coat. In large skillet or dutch oven (if using this method) add a little oil and sear the beef. If using slow cooker; place all incredients and stir. Cook on high 6-8 hours till beef is fork tender. If using dutch oven; heat oven to 350 and cover with lid. Cook 1-2 hours till beef is tender. Serve over noodles or rice.
